I have purchased a Hundai I10 car from Kun Hundai, Anna nagar during the month of November, 2010, for small repairing purpose my car has given to Kun Hundai service station on 16.07.2011. While giving my car vide No. TN 02 AP 9993 for servicing, they promised that the car will be delivered with in three days, whereas, now even after completion of 11 days, there is no response from the service centre. When ever I am calling them, only simple answer I am getting is "It will be delivered tomarrow".
I purchased the vehicle not to keep the vehicle in the service station and I don't know what they are doing. Know really I am feeling Why I selected the Hundai, this is very bad experience and I am getting doubt abouth the misuse of my vehicle and replacement of spare parts. They not at all bathering aboout the informing on status of the work completed by them to me and how much time it will take.
I request the authorities to take necessary action on the concerned service centre and the concerned persons.
