i have got placed in this company they asking 1lakh to invest in my bank account as security and 3 years bond if my performance is not good means in training period they terminate me and they said they dont give the rs llakh can anybody have knowledge pls provide me a valuable knowldge to me pls pls pls

Cheating innocent students telling this it is a software development related job and give them some peculiar designation and make them to work in call center in night shifts with meagre salary employees are still working for the 1 lakh bank guarentee that you guys requested or else they would have left the job in the first day itself...All the top level management people are fools with very bad attitude...I saw one of your employee explaining the students who have cleared the interview that the job they will do is software but not completly software......people dont even care about joining this company

Here protocols won't be applied same to every one. Feeling very bad in choosing this company.
Better don't choose, if you have another offer because in middle if you want to drop you has to lost one lakh rupees.
Eg: here you has to sign three years bond. You might feel in 5 months it self not to work in this company, if you left you will loose one Lakh but if you feel to left after 2 years due to their heavy work pressure you won't get experience letter as well as one Lakh also.
My advice is better don't join. I left this company after 3 months because i wont find working on newer technologies. Here their project is totally written using servlets/jsp. But once you join and the end of two years you may find MNC's asking do you have work experience in springs/hibernate/struts. You can say, you know those technologies but you can't say i have work experience.

If you are recruited by software department your designation will be Programmer Trainee or Analyst Trainee.

Guys, yes it is rediculous in this company. Most, of them work here because, they don't want to lose their 1 Lakh.

Worst of all companies... cheap management tricks ... and particularly that marketing side sucks.. they will ask u 1 L and u will wrk there for 1 month and thy will screw u like anything and finally you yourslf will leave that company. that;s their trick and there is one manager called swapnaja aka mounica suchhaaa bad and worst attitude she has and very arrogant. they are playing with the lives of young engineer. one day this will get flushedoff.

They are selfish giants who is always looking to crush you by giving work work work.
They do expect the employees to work for 18 hours / day.
They are not stable with their decisions and there is no R&D.
About Managing Director:
She is the head of Chennai office.
She basically doesn't have technical background. (She is a kinda Doctor)
It is easy to make her believe. And if she does, she will stick into it.
For some season, she will pick a guy and she will give all the controls to him/her. Then She will be shaking his head for all the non-sense thing he/she does.
About HR:
He is such a Bi*tch. (Remove * :D)
So much of attitude towards employees. (Thinks Glenwood as his father’s company)
He doesn't deserve Human Resources job. (There won't be proper response for any query by a human)
He used to create rules which he never follows. (Ex: Dress code, Shoe, Mobile)
He will revenge during relieving time for every action you do during your work period.
No fun activities, no relaxation stuffs, no good toilets :D
About AO:
(This part is so rubbish, so I kept it at last.)
I can define him as "a buffalo in a drainage", "a dog which eats another dogs poop", "a housefly sitting in saliva"
He behaves cheaply with girls. (It’s true, So that once management announced to all girls not to come early (Bcz, he used to come early))
He corrupts employee salary with fake LOP's, fake INCOME tax (he won't give proper receipt) and **** calculations.
He is such a 420 who corrupts so many from both employee and employer
After first year he compels everyone to join LIC (under his head), If no, then you will be noted. :D
Backdoor entry is possible via AO & HR, but has to give some bribe.
Advice to Management****************************************************************
Please treat employees as employees.
They are not a pressure cooker.
Alter canteen, So that they can eat happily.
Give some entertainment to make them happy.
Avoid partiality.

This is the place where outdated technologies are used.There won't be any chance to learn new technologies / things.I can rate the technologies here as 1 out of 10. Politics also place an important role here. The work they get from the employees does not suite the the salaries they pay for that employee.They want the employee to be worked on the weekends also. There will be Loss of Pays as well in addition to the work, if you forgot to fill the time sheet.The worst thing is even if you wear casuals, there will be Loss of Pay for that complete day.Even if you exceed the break timings, there will be LOP for the day. For every thing they will enforce the Loss of Pay.They will torture you if you ask, why you given Loss of Pay for me.
"you don't know how to work for software project", "you don't know about coding", but if you have management skills, you can survive in this company.
Finally what I suggest to say is don't join this company.You don't feel it like an IT company.I worked here for 2 years.
