Goodevening, This is regarding the Lancer's Gas Stove of 4 burners with Jumbo burner which i've purchased on 19th April 2009 from one of Lancer Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd.dealer named GANESH HOME APPLINACES which is in Punjabi bagh, Owner name G P Goel & Sanjay Goel - [protected] COMPANY NAME - Lancer Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. PLOT NO 10, SECTOR- 22, FARIDABAD We've given 5 years warranty on this product. Now from the last 1 week the Burners are not working fine & flame volume is very high whenever we try to ignite the burner which can cause to a accident. We've lodged many complaints to the company's customer care no which is [protected] but there is no satisfactory answer till yet. The person available on this no gives uu wrong commitment. We also we tried to get in touch with your above mentioned dealer & that people doesn't have time to rectify this serious issue. My question is that who will be responsible if any mishappnening will occur due to this issue ? Request you to pls look into the matter & take the very very strict action against the company. has to be lighted with a gas lighter .Today morning just after finishing cooking, suddenly the glass surface cracked sprinkling particles of glass all over the kitchen. We are lucky that the gas was not on and also that no one was hurt. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. My replacement will never be a lancer product, as it has been a very bad experience . Please let us know whether the stove can be replaced. Thañking you. J Chowdhury.
