This is to inform you that I, Sanjay Pandit resident of India in Mumbai was in Malaysia for consultancy. This was the assignment given by M/s LURGI at Petronas Malacca for collecting the data from one of the Company in Buke Rambai industrial zone, Malacca.
During the period I was staying in rental house no LYLY0303 Golden Showers Kondo rubi, Near Legenda apartments Malacca. From 7th Dec 2007 till 5th Jan 2008
Before completion of my period I requested my Landlord to make provision to refund my Deposit RM 2890.Land lord informed he will deposit the amount in my bank account in India. But even after regular follow up & six months passed nothing has been paid. Neither I have received any amount. Also I have Paid Rm890 to purchase Mobile phone to land lords daughter, who was running the shop that time, which has also not received.
I here by request you to look into & help me out in receiving money & Mobil phone

Laundry — damage of cloth and illtreat
Two blaizer were given for dry cleaning on 1.1.2011 out of two , one was spoiled with patch of paint hence asked to clean again. The most of the cases the person attending pressing of cloath was present. It was promised to contact me. But No call came to me in last 18months.Personal visit were not attended carefully.
