there could be some more people they faced same kind of problem. while booking the tour there is not very clear cut process. Everthing what they say its not on the paper. We belive on the words of sales person.

We advise you to take everything in writing while booking any tour package from any travel agent.
All should be given clearly including cancellation and our ammendment charges.
This is type of case which normally happen with one person in hundreds. So next time beaware before booking.
As of now nothing can be done.

This is regards to my query made on 05/09 for my clients trip to Kuala Lumpur, i called up the TA as per the number dispalyed on the website.
the person handling the telephone at the board does not know how to handle the query coming from outside ...pleas have your team members trained in professinal manner...this type of attitude is not acceptable.
