[Resolved]  Legend Book Company — FRAUD

Even we received the parcel with the same amount:- Rs.2184/- by VPP from Legend Book Company, Delhi last month after we registered new company. It had something written like 'How to fire employees legally' & stuff like that, some 60+ pages book. The parcel was rejected immediately.

These are indeed some crooks who get database from ROC about new cos getting registered & try to con people. BEWARE if you get parcel from LEGEND BOOK COMPANY, New Delhi-08.

Seems this is being sent across to all newly registered companies. Is there a cell or department where this kind of complaint can be formally lodged?

LEGEND BOOK COMPANY — Unsolicited Parcel with demand for Money

Legend Book company is sending unsolicited parcels for newly registered firms demanding INR 2184 through a VP package which is never requested. The material is random in the post and seems like a scam to con new companies.

Even we received this package today after our company got registered last month with ROC Pune. Fortunately I wasn't at home and so the package was sent back and the postman left the receipt and asked me to come and collect by paying VPP charges of Rs.2184. When I came home, I checked online for this and thanks to all you guys, I know now that this, Legen Book Company from Delhi, is a fraud. I hope the Government will take some action against these racketeers.

Hi All, today we also have received the parcel from Legend Book Company, New Delhi asking for VVP Charges of INR 2, 184/. Its seems to be fraud and everyone should be aware off. We search on the internet and came to know about this fraudulent activity and returned the parcel. Thanks to Internet.

I received a packet by VPP today from Legend Book Co., New Delhi. Luckily for me, since I am in the book selling business, I immediately rejected the packet. Please spread the word around about this bogus company. I wonder why the police are not taking action against the fraud.

This is a Big FRAUD Legend Book Co, be aware and safe from this type of FRAUD company and Don't Pay Rs. 2184 or Any Amount, I have also received Similar VP. parcel from FRAUD LEGEND BOOK CO NEW DELHI through post office with Similar Amount Rs 2184. Even i am not Ordered any Books from this FRAUD Legend Book Co, I immediately search about this FRAUD Legend Book Co. and i Found All these type of Complaints and I rejected the VP Parcel.

I really thanks for this site and all of you who Post our Complaint here to help me and many mores.

Since i have question why Police and Post office not taking any action against this FRAUD LEGEND BOOK CO NEW DELHI and From Where they get our address and contact details ???

Is FRAUD LEGEND BOOK CO get our Information, address and contact details form ROC (Registrar Office of Companies). is the biggest Question ????...

Even i received the Same Today 21/4/12. After seeing this site i have returned the Parcel. Thanks to this website. Someone should take action against this .

same case happen today with me, post man asking for V.p.P for RS 2080/- from LEGENT BOOK CO. 1/9489, ROHTAS NAGAR (WSET), GALI NO.7, SHAHDARA, DELHI-110032

Thanks to this website. HOW they can get address from NEW ROC...WE should take care from this cheater company.
