In Legrand's Electrical Switches There are Four Brands ,Arteor,Myrius.Mosaic,Mylinc.
Arteor Switches is The Premium & Costly Product Of Legrand than other. But I notice The Company Supplied 32A Double Pole Switch in Arteor White Square Switch Mechanism and Myrius White 32A DP Switch Is Same,Both Product's Cost Is Big Differences

MYRIUS 32A DP SWITCH MRP RS.=574/-(1/4/12 Price List)
Both Swicthes are Same No difference We Can See All inside and Outside of Switches ,only difference In Prinding Ink on

"ON" & "OFF" Marked Place in ARTEOR that Is in Black, In Myrius That Is in Lite Black ,I think Company Cheating Customers ,What is The Reality Please answer Me

I want to complaint against the switches of Legrand.I purchased switches worth 80000 from Jaswant Electricals Patiala.The switches have not been good and we have not got any response from Jaswant ELectricals even after asking for replacement of switches.My email account is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and my contact number is [protected].I would request the team to personally look into this matter and solve our problems.

Sir/ Madam,
I bought a Legrand switch today(17.3.2015) for my AC. The Model is 2P B25, LR 6032 10 from Sri Puja Electricals and Hardwares in, Mogappair Chennai. (Pls refer to the Image attached)
They havent provided any proper bills, but in cash bill they have charged me Rs.675.00.
The MRP rate in the box is already deleted by a marker pen. (Pls refer to the image attached)
Also the product is from August 2010. I doubt is it the correct price?
I doubt also is the product duplicate, As I have high Regard with Legrand switches, I just wanted to know is it duplicate or not.

KIndly take an immediate action against my complaint.
