We booked one room for three nights ( checkin 20 Jan, checkout 23 Jan, 2021) at Red Fox Chandigarh. Our internet was not working and last night when we were in the urgent requirement of internet we thought to call the reception for assistance and they replied that internet is only given for one hour. But our booking below image shows for 24*7 internet. The same was also confirmed by one of the hotel staff during checkout day. This is really very disappointing that staff was not fully trained or unprofessional and we suffer for three nights without having internet besides the full payment. Could you please check and revert on the same? We request for the refund to accommodate this.

LemonTree Hotels — Service denied, refund denied
In December 2009 a booking was made at LemonTree hotel in Chennai through Expedia including two way transfers from Chennai airport. There was no pickup at the airport. Lemon Tree hotels admitted their mistake, asked for bank account details to pay the refund but more than six months later continues to evade their responsibility. A real shame the way they cheat a helpless customer. Be warned.
