[Resolved]  Leonora Express Logistics Pvt Ltd — Refund pending

Vinuta and team are hopeless and brats, no sense of customer service.I am also facing problem with them.No one should avail services from them...Thats an honest suggestion


Dear Vinuta,



As discussed regarding the missing & damage of stuff during the relocation of goods from Ahmedabad to Hospet.



First of all we agreed on packing and unpacking of goods, out of which only packing happened, your team did not do any unpacking except TV, Fridge, settee, and a centre table.



Your team had assembled table top stand for the TV, which again was not done properly as they could not find the original nuts & bolts, and after enquiring the same from your Ahmedabad team which was of no use.



Four pots were there which got fully damaged, Sunil & Sandeep is an eye witness to it. The reason for all this damage is reshuffling of cartoons after leaving from my place and the way cartoons were placed.



Also when I opened the crockery cartoons, found that lot many of things were damaged, Is this why I have paid you Sixty Three thousand rupees.



Then there were three liquor bottles worth Rupees Seven Thousand which was very well wrapped and kept in laptop bag by your Ahmedabad team. And to my surprise I found that they did not packed bag, one flour bag, and old newspapers in a cartoon.



After I yelled on them they packed the same in a cartoon, and I got an empty bag over here.



Also the old newspapers were missing which was some 20 kg, and I deliberately asked them to keep as I wud require the same in the new house.



If this what you call professional work that you and your team has been talking about then I am really surprised. The gentleman who has been following up with me in Ahmedabad did not kept any of his words.



The biggest blunder is he was demanding some 50% advance which was not discussed in any of the call neither the same is mentioned in the quotation.



Somehow I found you guys very unprofessional service providers to deal with, and I really regret my decision from changing my mind from Agarwal Packers.



Anyway I guess you people are looking for a one time customer, however this is not a onetime service, Hope you would realize this.



In a nut shell my total loss is Rupees Ten Thousand, Kindly arrange for the claim of same amount. Its been six days that I texted my address to Sunil, as he was suppose to send the original invoice. No wonder where it is as I have not recd till date, even if he would have made an attempt to sent it by a normal post I would have recd by now.



Also Pls share the contact details and mail ID of your owner, as I want to highlight this to him also.



Looking forward for a prompt and professional response from you

are big cheats and frauds, They had transported my household goods from Ghaziabad to Bangalore and
during the transportation, they have lost 5 of my cartons, containing
my LED Tv, books, my office clothes, kitchen crockery, DVD player,
and when I am trying to call them, They dont receive the call
and Veena has recently started saying that she has left company,
These 2 people are running the show, They dont have any address
in Bangalore, when you will try to ask their address, they will keep changing their address like TCI petrol pump, Yeswantpur Bangalore,

etc, infact they dont have any physical address in Bangalore, when i searched
in Bangalore there was no such address available in Bangalore
Infact the insurance papers, which they are supposed to give for transportation, also are not given by them, but they charge hefty amount for it, One big trap, they lay is that we dont have to give any money during packing and loading, and during delivery only, we should give, but infact when they reach your home to deliver, they become too rude, and will say that you cannot touch our own goods without full payment, and when I got it unloaded, all my furniture/tv was broken, Big goons. and later will misbehave. Total unprofessional

@monika Mam you have sent your wine and bear bottles in cartoon boxes with wheat floor that was caught by the police at check post. As in gujarat wine and bear is prohibited. Our team from Bangalore reached Hospet they have done all unloading and unpacking after your permission only they left from your house. we have given 80, 000/- bill also. Just for bear purpose dont spoil name of the company. We do understand two scratches were there on center table. We have compensated.

@ Ananth Dear Sir please dont write any illegal things. only 2 cartoons were missing for that you have deducted 4500/- Those cartoon were only kitchen articles. regarding LCD you only called told that LCD is in cartoon box only. now you are complaining on this. We have given 4500/- still you are blaming us sir

Terrible service they offer...forget about the things they damaged during my move...they misplaced a full carton and even after several followups..nothing has been done other than give reasons...Leonora obviously does not care...if they did, they could at least have kept me updated rather than me having to followup...

I found alcohol bills in my Car They drove my after consuming alcohol, damaged it and they forcefully retained my household stuff worth Rs 180, 000 in their godown and not transferred hem to my house till I paid all advance.

Just after picking stuff from Bangalore Mr Sunil Jangra abused me on phone in Rikhsha puller language and then they delayed the transfer with a week. They asking me to pay the balance of Rs 20000 to transfer by NEFT on weekend which is impossible. such unorganised team that they even didnt share their account details and wanna transfer in air ...

I sent emails to their corporate emails. But they dont reply. Ms Veena talked smoothly but she also demanded 100% advance payment even they have so many complaints in google of damages etc.

I got my stuff after long delays and repeated calls, emails once I made NEFT payment of all amount but these fraud people not giving me the money receipts which has been asked by my Organisation for claims. Initially in Bangalore they said no advance required and money receipts will be given at time of delivery of stuff. Dont ever opt this company.Its wastage of money, time and energy.

This Leonoro is a biggest cheater and Fraud packers and movers in India. Vinutha, Sunil and some more guys all cheaters are there in this.

Truly speaking they are a footpath company. Never ever go for this company.

I transferred my household goods from Vijayawada to Kolkata and suffered lIke hell because of these cheaters. I paid by cheque and they withdraw the money in 4 days and i got my goods after a month in max damaged conditions. TV, Ref all got damaged. Finally when i was following for my goods they blocked my call. I slept on floors for 20 days with my small kids. Fortunately my brother stays there in Bangalore who went to find there office to enquire about and found from local peoples that they are not a company, they are just a footpath company. My brother spoke to sunil on meeting at his office, he gave many address saying you come to Yeshwantpur, tumkur, road and so. Finally he stopped receiving his call as well. He returned home after 5 hours of search operation but could not found them.

They are a big time cheater. They will speak so softly till packing n withdrawal of money after which its God.

Never ever book with Leonoro as i had suffered big time.

Leonera are one of the worst Packers and movers services providers you can find. Vinutha and team are bunch of goons, who don't have sense and understand meaning of customer service. My refrigerator and Washing machine was damaged during the move, when the concern was raised during loading, the reply was exactly this
"This is how we do our business, if you wish you can continue with our service else I will ask my men to leave right away". Total fraudsters, until you sign up with them they promise all sort of things but once done you are taken for a ride. Shameless creatures.

Very Bad service, whoever is reading this Please please do not trust this packer as i have suffered a lot. in 2019 May i had relocate from Bangalore to gurgaon where they did not provide any insurance damage whereas i had paid insurance premium amount 12k for sum assured of around 3.5 k . There was lady Vinutha who had assured me to provide insurance coverage but that lady didnt and moreover they have not provide my TV which is with them now. Whenever am calling on this number ([protected]) vinutha who is taking care of all the management activities is not picking my call intentionally. and when ever am calling from different number she is picking call and after i tell my name she is disconnecting the call. Still now am trying to contact them but neither she is not responding to my call or providing my TV and insurance damage.I can say they are the most cheater .By doing this kind of business no one can exist in market. Very bad service. They are nicely exploiting customer which is very ridiculous . Dont trust her or any of their crew member.
