I have received a message from and a SMS from O2 Telecommunications stating that I have received a sum of 200.000 thousand Great Britain Pounds in an International Mobile phone draw. Is it true? or not? and also send a copy of winning certificate on 04-01-09. I think is it fraud. Necessary action must be taken for this fraud IMMEDIATELY and action taken on the subject may be intimated to me.

I am rom the UK and with regard to your query on O2 appointment, its really strange that you have been offered the position wih no screening process. If at all that is the case any UK company employing a person outside should provide you with a Work Permit using which you have to apply for the UK entry clearence. The work permit should be obtained by the comapny hiring you at their cost and not by yourself.
