I am writing this review from my own experience. This is a fraud of a company and joining it may jeopardize your career forever.
It asks you to submit all your original documents (which btw is against the HR policies and labor laws), and will not give you an appointment letter.
Morover, they can terminate you at the snap of a finger and without giving you any proper reasonexplanation.
The HR manager (Neetu) is the worst of the lot. She will keep telling you that no matter the appointment letter is not there, but yo will get your salary but this organization will not even give you salary which is due to you.
People are made to sit on one table for the entire day (just like its there in an textile mill or in a job involving unskilled labor) without any access to outer world (No official unoffical mails, internet, office phone or even your mobile phone!!). Once you have entered the office, the door is locked and you are trapped just like an animal in a cage.
So people, please be aware of this company and do not join it at any cost.
Apart from the relatives of company owners, the average time span of an employee in this company is not even one year as people are made to leave on one pretext or the other!!

Dear friend Siraj accept my heartiest congratulations. Give a heartfull thanks to God that you are saved from the HELL called Libsys @ Gurgaon or Delhi.
This is a Statutory Warning to all, specially MBA guys that this is worst orgnz one could ever imagine. The CEO and his group of Puppet Managers are the Evils with their dirty mouth and behavior who would swallow your career like nuts.
Though company boosts of its 25 yrs existence, but its not more than a Lala Shop where the Lala is screaming all the time and abusing his employees all the time. So much that only his family members are those working here continuously. Otherwise employees leave this HELL as soon as their bonds get over and they get their educational documents back.
Yes these people will snatch your 15yrs of education by keeping your all educational documents until you serve them for 2 yrs. The Lala and his puppet managers are like vampires who will suck your blood and make you feel the mental agony for every moment spend there.
I am not writing this just because I have anything personal. But my objective is just to make you aware of reality, so that somebody's future career is not wasted and dreams are not traumatized.
