[Resolved] Life Business Projects Pvt Ltd — Fraud-Cheating -Refund of Money | |||
Sir/Madam, I am Tanu Babbar from Haryana and I joined the said company on July, 2007.Company basically was situated E-14 mohan co-operative, Mathura road near badapur border New Delhi. Company took Rs.75000/- draft on july 2007 after placement from college as security amount for bond of 16 months staying in the company as other companies like Satyam took Rs.2 lakh as security bond amount. When we joined the company, we found that there is no infrastructure as per company. we sit on the chairs like in marriage for atleast 3 months after that some infrastructure was made. As per the bond we were getting Rs.2500 stipend in the first four month (training period that was fine). Then I came to know that there is no funding source for this company like clients. There funding source was employee recruitment for security amount. After four months when the salary time comes, they refused to give by saying we are not having client.(Our Questions were.. Why to hire employee without projects or client?). After 3 more months(i.e overall all 7 months) we were frustrated as we were getting Rs.2000 after 20 days. But they promised us to give Rs. 14600 in hand after training. After shouting a lot they agreed to return our security amount after resignation. we were ready to give resignation. But on that last week of january 2008, there was big drama happened between police , management. We had gone to EOW, near NCERT building (ADHCHINI Delhi)) for this., But didn't get any response. then we were unable to take follow up. Please Help us to get our money back. i have to pay the loan that i have taken for this security amount. The matter was taken to the court. I think the management person got some punishment and few employers got their security amount. I was out of touch from these from last one or two year. now i come to know, the company has again started and perhaps they are again making other people fool. I got this information by their web site i.e. www.lifeforeveryone.com. Not refunding my security deposit 75, 000
Sir, i joned a company named Life Business projects pvt ltd new delhi in June 2007. Company address is, F-1, B-1 extension. Mohan cooperative industrial estate, new delhi-46.
They appointed me as an application developer against a security deposit of rs -75000, refundable after 15-16 months, The company is closed now facing a legal case.Although on theie website they are continuously telling that office is opened(But in reality it is closed).
The time is well passed the contract period and i don't know how to get my security back.They appointed over 3500 employees following the same scheme.
I tried to contact them but no one receive my letters in the address.
I know that case is going on against the company. Please help me.
Will i have to file a case separately !

They have collected from me Rs. 75000 as a security deposit for the employment purpose, they said it is a refundable amount.

sir my self binay singh . i was working as erp consultant in that company. for that i have deposite 75000 rs as a security for 16 month. according to company this security money is refundeble after 16 month.but after 16 month they are not refunding my security money. what can i do? im complaining in court but there is no result coming.im very fade up for this. pls help me. my cell no is [protected]
