we have purchased loader 835 from yr comppany. The bills s attached herewith. The engine is faulty we have lodged several complaints to yr company. kindly replace the faulty engine

We bought a New BS3 3 tonn loader on[protected] and the loader was delivered to our site on[protected] at Talchar, Orissa. The very first day it started giving out white smoke from the engine's silencer. After complaining about it, your engineers have visited the site and had adjusted the fuel pump. After sometime, again the engine giving out black smoke and is consuming more diesel. Again we contacted your engineers and they had tested the machine and certified that machine is consuming 15 liters of diesel per hour which is very high in comparison to other machines which are consuming only 10 liters of diesel per hour. Earlier before we bought the machine, your sales team had promised that the machine would consume 10 liters of diesel per hour.
It is so sad that till today your engineers have never bothered to rectify the machine and I have suffered a huge loss of 2 lakh rupees.
Your Liu Gong engineers are blaming Cummins Engineer for the faulty engine and Cummins Engineers are blaming Liu Gong for the same. It is a very shameful that no one wants to take responsibility for it while I am suffering with this machine.
However, on 15th January 2014 the Cummins engineers decided that the fuel injector of the engine would be replaced immediately, until now nothing has happened,
I have no option besides going to the consumer court and filing a case for this bad service I have received and losses I have to go through everyday. I am writing to you hoping you would look into the matter and solve my problem immediately.
