Lloyds Finance Ltd. / "Money Doubler" scheme — Non-payment of Maturity Proceeds

We [Husband & Wife] invested in Lloyds Finance in their "Money Doubler" scheme as detailed below. To get maturity proceeds, we submitted the Savings Documents in the company's office at Kolkata - on 10th Apr-01 - with proper receipts. Though the Date of Maturity was 29th April 2001, till now we do not get any amount or any correspondence from this company.
The detail of Savings are:
(1) Deposit Receipt No. C/[protected]/1 in the name of Kanchan Manikya Sinha. Maturity amount is Rs. 14000/- due on 29 April 2001.
(2) Deposit Receipt No. C/[protected]/1 in the name of Srabani Sinha. Maturity amount is Rs. 14000/- due on 29 April 2001.
We also made complaints to "Registrar of companies, Maharashtra" and they advised [23 Apr-05] to approach the company in this matter. Accordingly, we sent our request to the registered office of Lloyds Finance Ltd [by registered post on 27 Apr-09]. Till now, we do not get any response from them.
We also made complaint to Reserve Bank of India [Dept. of non-Banking Supervision]
and got their reply letter [dated 28th Apr-05]. They assured that they took proper actions.
We hereby earnestly request to arrange for return of the maturity proceeds, as per the prevailing laws of our nation.
