Lottery prize — prize win

Dear Sir,

I received a message on my mobile that, my mobile number has won 7,50000 pounds prize which is "certified notification of the just concluded final draws of the Shell Company New year 2010 promo."

Dr. Cindy val - Promo Manager has instructed me to send the details to [protected]@live.com about my name, occupation, address, age, etc to receive the draft.

I sent the details & in turn they asked me to pay the courier charges of about 19,000 INR in advance to deliver the draft.

I would like to know, whether this draw is really from your company?
and how reliable is the information.
