[Resolved]  Lottery — mail from RBI

I got the mail from "[protected]@rbi-online.net.in." (RBI) that I have to pay Rs. 20,000/- Against My Winning Amount Transfer From RBI.They are telling me to pay the amount within 2 working days.

Contact Person Name is NAVIN CHAWLA,(DIRECTOR OF OVERSEAS TRANSFER) MOBILE NO. [protected]

so please help me wether it is true or not & what should I have to do.....
