[Resolved] Lotus — negative attitude | |
We are very disappointed after shopping at your Ambi mall shop when we heard "Ismein Hum Kuch Nahi Kar Sakte" from one of your Customer Help Desk Executive accompanied by his coleague. Firstly we bought 2 "Lotus- Sun Safe and a Face Pack". Person at that desk took the amount from us and got the products billed by themselves from one of your cashiers named "Sunil" and handed over the tagged poly bag with the 2 products with bill to us. The total amount was Rs. 297 after discount. After 1:30 hour of more shopping we went to another cashier named "Raushan" where we were billed for Rs. 766. We handed over the "already tagged poly bag" to the cashier so that all the products should be packed all together. We told the cashier and the standing by person to pack all the stuff together. But somehow the tagged poly bag wasn't packed by the person standing beside the cashier packing stuff for the customers. We came to know of missing stuff when we were back home. Today between 1:45 and 2:30 pm I went to your well know "Customer Help Desk" between my office hours. What I heard was simply very irresponsible reply "Ismein Hum Kuch Nahin Kar Sakte" above that one of your executives at Customer Help desk said "To Kya Ismein Aapki Galti Nahin Hai". I was forced to leave my 297 rupees there without any positive attitude from your representatives. This was our FIRST and LAST visit to BIG BAZAAR. Was this information helpful? | |

Lotus — Re: Defective Proton Refrigerator Delivered
Whirlpool Refrigerator (Proton) purchased on 11/7/2010 from your AB Road showroom got delivered right now.Unfortunately the LED is not working which was written as a comment on the delivery slip of your company and handed over to the people who brought the refrigerator The whirlpool person who had come checked and said it would take 2 days to start the fridge as they have no stock of LED's.No lights and no other features are working in the refrigerator. Another problem with the refrigerator is there are some paint spot in the door which cannot be removed. Thirdly the Proton Refrigerator Accessories Kit received has a bottle short.How can you send such a piece which is not working and has issues.
As I called your service center a girl picked up, probably her name is Sapna. I mentioned to her that I do not want a defective piece and want to get it replaced today itself as we both work we had taken a leave today. She said that we have to wait for 2 days and I did not agree. After spending so much money if the stuff does not work then there is no point in having it. She said she would talk and let us know, till the time of writing this email I have received no information.
