Dear Sir’s,
This is my humble request to clear my PF amount from LOVELOCK & LEWES SERVICES PVT. LTD.
I have deposited my PF Claim against my PF No. KN/23372/8675 on dated 30th March’2009 at L&L Services Pvt Ltd. G-6/B1, IInd Floor, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-44. but still I have not received my claim.
Please help me as a special case and forward my claim to my bank a/c details has already been filled up in given form. I have already visited above mention address 4 to 5 times but as per EPF India Internet site shows that no claim form receive as yet.

Dear sir, SUB : PROVIDENT FUND CLEARANCE OF L & L KOLKATA.
I fully agree that Lovelock & Lewes Services, in kolkata recruited lot of employees as Officers and deployed to do jobs in different Banks ( with whimsical salary ) taking the situation o[censored]nemployment in our country.
Lot of young Graduates including my son was their employee.But when they left the job, and applied for P.F.amount to be sent filling prescribed Form of P.F. more than four year has passed no amount has been paid to Ex employees in spite of repeated reminders.Now I understand there is no kolkata office, can any one give kolkata office address? so that we can talk to right person.Can we move to consumer forum ?and I am finding lot of complains against this company for non release of P.FUND to their employees...
