[Resolved]  LPG GAS CONNECTION — Transfer of gas connection from Bhavnagar to Surat

I was a LPG costumer with M/s. Sweta Indene Gas Services, Bhavnagar. My consumer No. is 7430. Now I am shifted from Bhavnagar to Surat. I go to M/s.Siddhartha Gas Agency, Varachcha, Surat for with transfer voucher and submit a Xerox copy on dt.16/05/2009. This agency have told me contact after one week with Identity proof, residence proof and original ration card. I go there after one week with the proofs and tall about transfer of my LPG connection. Now this agency is tall me that your transfer confirmation letter is not received from the Bhavnagar agency and we can’t give you LPG connection at that time contact after one week. On dt.29/05/2009 I go to agency and tall me that your transfer confirmation letter is not received from the Bhavnagar agency and we can’t give you LPG connection at that time contact after one week. I contacted my old agency at Bhavnagar about confirmation letter. The Bhavnagar agency is tall me at present all the data of transfer is up load on website and we can’t give this type of letter if your new agency require this letter they can down load from website. At present after fifteen days M/s. Siddhartha Gas Agency is not give me LPG connection, What to do ?
