My name is Dr. AB Govindaraj, an Orthopedic surgeon from Chennai who
is also the owner of a flat in South City, Bangalore, which I had
purchased in 1997 and have taken possession in 2002, after completing
full payment. I had not registered the flat since I was going to sell
it anyway. The sale agreement with L&T allowed for this arrangement

6 months ago I had finalised a sale agreement with a buyer and drafted
a Triparty agreement for sale of the same flat, which is now pending
registration. Apparently there is a dispute between you and L&T, which
is the reason for the delay.

Sir, I kindly request you to set aside your differences with L&T and
sign the agreement, so that I can complete the sale. Please do not put
me through more difficulties for no fault of mine.

It has been 3 months since we had intimated L&T regarding the
registration for South City, 1403, B-5. I have to make payments for my
other property which I have purchased in Chennai and any further delay
in my payments will attract penalty to my builder, Hiranandani
builders.

I wish the registration process will be over quickly and avoid any
loss of goodwill between the parties concerned.

and L&T, which is the reason for the delay.
