And they have charging high rent from the poor peoples. This is a big business for these peoples.

Kindly excuse my encroachment in your precious time for sympathetic cosideration for the following facts that:-
I beg to draw your kind attention about a ongoing unauthorised/illegal construction at property No.H-9, Mukhram Garden Tilak, Nagar, New Delhi (M.C.D,West Delhi) Which is constructed without any approved sanction plan & it is against the plans of building bye-law.
First of all I want to tell you that. I have made RTI against it , but according to their reply no map was issued and no plan was sanctioned.The above reply of RTI should be signed by the AE(B)WZ , EE(B)-II WZ , SE-II /WZ , JE(B)WZ MCD officers. If any strict action would be taken then the construction will be stopped . But now onwards the above cited property is constructing in so hasty manner . The owner and the builder has joined hands with the above officers of building department. That’s why no action would be taken.
I have also intimated my complaint to D.C. West Zone on 28/09/10 Diary No. 30, But I think no such action would be taken from their side. As the cited property is being constructed continuously without any delay.
I humbly request you to please look into whole matter personally and took every necessary and strict action.
A photocopy of RTI and Complaint letter to D.C West zone is also attached with my letter.

Sir,
I made a number of complaints to the Commissioner/MCD, VC/DDA and SHO/PS Janak Puri seeking to take appropriate action to demolish the unauthorized construction raised at the terrace of my Flat No.C-4C/254, Pkt 14, Blk-C-4C, Pankha Road Residential Scheme, Janak Puri, New Delhi. On my complaint dated 24.7.10 made to SHO, PS Janak Puri, the local police also sent an intimation to the DC, MCD, West Zone, Rajauri Garden, New Delhi filling a prescribed form together with photograph for the illegal construction for demolishing the same. The O/o the V.C., DDA, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi also transferred my complaint dated 24.7.10 to the DC, MCD, West Zone, Rajauri Garden, New Delhi stating that the area has since been de-notified, hence necessary action on the complaint is to be carried out by MCD, West Zone.
On my personal enquiry from the office of the Supdtdg Engineer-II, MCD, West Zone, I was informed that since the property whereon demolition has been sought is a DDA Flat, hence demolition of illegal construction made on the terrace of the property is the responsibility of the DDA itself and MCD has nothing to deal in this matter.
I am deeply anguished that both DDA and MCD, West Zone are evading to demolish the illegal construction at the terrace of my flat and passing the bucks upon each other, with some malafide intention.
I have strong apprehension that DDA and MCD are deliberately not taking any action on my complaints in collusion with the unauthorized person enjoying the illegal structure at the terrace of my flat.

This is to inform you that unauthorised construction is making by my neighbour whose names are Dinesh Sharma (Builder)& Kalka Das ,and Babu Lal , Pappu , Rinku , Tinku, and Jaswant address is E-64 B , Siddarth Nagar, Bhogal (Ashram) near Nizzamuddin Rlwy Station .
They have only 23 Sq Yard place but making construction in 80 Sq Yard by cutting some green tress and using road space and neighbour's place by threaton of their neighbours and also using political power . I have been filing complaints against unauthorised construction/alteration, change in structure, commercial use (painting classes/industry) by Sh. K.M. Choudhury in flat No.12 in Pocket D, Mayur Vihar Phase II, Delhi-91, on telephone on Ph.No.100 since 15th March and 17th March, 05, 27June to 1& 10 July, 05. many days and filed complaint in DDA with Vice-chairman and Commissioner Housing, and MCD control room on Ph.[protected] on 17.3.05 complaint no.788EP1 and on 15.3.05 complaint No.767TLP., On Ph.1266, No.s. 519, 535, 592, 925, 1497, 1991 & Shahdra Ph.No.22303700 No.685, 728 etc. No.is 9091/E-mail dated 11/11/2009.
Shri K.M. Chowdhury DDA SFS Flat No.12, Pkt D, who has done following without taking any NOC from DDA, MCD, Delhi Police, Office of Industries and Neighbours: 1. Constructed again extended balcony which was demolished by DDA/MCD & DELHI POLICE.2.Removed Nine inches load bearing wall. 2. Made additional window towards my balcony 3. Damaged laterine bathroom pipelines (drops of laterine water are felling on us) 4. Widened all windows, made additional ventelator in bathroom. 5. Making commercial use of flat (painting industry, paintings are made by children at 5.00pm and 9.00am almost daily on Sunday at 10.00 morning). 6. Made iron structure on roof, AND ONE BRICK WALL, which is not allowed due to common place. 7. Put many plants in stairs and on roof, not allowed because it is common place for residents, water comes down to our door. 8. Made high wall and changed boundary wall on roof. 9. Attacked on me, my wife and daughter.10. Child labour problem, keeping small child, beats him, does not give him proper food clothes money etc. I request that an early action may be taken.

I have been filing complaints against unauthorised construction/alteration, change in structure, commercial use (painting classes/industry) by Sh. K.M. Choudhury in flat No.12 in Pocket D, Mayur Vihar Phase II, Delhi-91, on telephone on Ph.No.100 since 15th March and 17th March, 05, 27June to 1& 10 July, 05. many days and filed complaint in DDA with Vice-chairman and Commissioner Housing, and MCD control room on Ph.[protected] on 17.3.05 complaint no.788EP1 and on 15.3.05 complaint No.767TLP., On Ph.1266, No.s. 519, 535, 592, 925, 1497, 1991 & Shahdra Ph.No.22303700 No.685, 728 etc. No.is 9091/E-mail dated 11/11/2009.
Shri K.M. Chowdhury DDA SFS Flat No.12, Pkt D, who has done following without taking any NOC from DDA, MCD, Delhi Police, Office of Industries and Neighbours: 1. Constructed again extended balcony which was demolished by DDA/MCD & DELHI POLICE.2.Removed Nine inches load bearing wall. 2. Made additional window towards my balcony 3. Damaged laterine bathroom pipelines (drops of laterine water are felling on us) 4. Widened all windows, made additional ventelator in bathroom. 5. Making commercial use of flat (painting industry, paintings are made by children at 5.00pm and 9.00am almost daily on Sunday at 10.00 morning). 6. Made iron structure on roof, AND ONE BRICK WALL, which is not allowed due to common place. 7. Put many plants in stairs and on roof, not allowed because it is common place for residents, water comes down to our door. 8. Made high wall and changed boundary wall on roof. 9. Attacked on me, my wife and daughter.10. Child labour problem, keeping small child, beats him, does not give him proper food clothes money etc. I request that an early action may be taken.

I met you personally in your office on 20/09/2012. I highly appreciate your efforts made on my application dated 20/09/2012. In this connection, it is stated that the efforts made by you were not fruitful due to the negligence of your officials/officers by not demolishing the extended portion of the plot which is illegal.
A mere action was taken by the officers. It is presumed that it is an eyewash and can be repaired soon. It also seems that the concerned officers/officials of MCD are involved in this illegal construction as they are not taking proper action. This house is three sided open with illegally constructed 5X1 m2 balcony north facing, 5X1 m2 balcony south facing with stairs and 14X1 m2 balcony west facing on ground floor, first floor and second floor and it is going to be the same on the third floor (site photograph attached).
It is therefore requested that illegal construction of this property should be demolished completely as early as possible and necessary action should be taken against corruption.

sir,
This is to inform you that there is illegal basement being constructed at
4539, krishna bazar, cloth market, fatehpuri, Delhi - 110006.
The area is highly populated & comes under the Earthquake zone no. 4.
The owners in the same lane fear cracks leading to weak structure and collapse of there shops in case of disasters.
Although shop owners have complained regarding the same, nothing has been done as the construction is being done with the permission of local policeman & MCD.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.AND TAKE REQUIRED STEPS.

It looks very nice when You make promises to eradicate the menace of ILLEGAL
CONSTRUCTION.But Sir it is not happening so!
My husband has given various complaints regarding the atrocities which we are facing through our
builder, but no action has been taken from your office.Sis why "Merii Dilli" "Hamari Dilli" has become
"Hadsoon Say Bhari Dilli" when their is a fall of illegal building like "LALITA PARK" a committee is
constituted.Why can't we take action? On the complaints received! Why every time GOVT has to
make a sorry figure in PUBLIC? Sir I am very disheartened I hope YOU will take action on our society.

SUBJECT:-Complaint against illegal construction in H.No. 205 saidulazaab Delhi-30
Respected Sir,
With due respect, it is to state that I lodged many complaints regarding illegal construction in H.No.c 205 saidulazaab Delhi-30 as he is completely violating the approved plan of MCD. I met you personally in your office on 20/09/2012. I highly appreciate your efforts made on my application dated18-09-13 In this connection, it is stated that the efforts made by you were not fruitful due to the negligence of your officials/officers by not demolishing the extended portion of the plot which is illegal.
A mere action was taken by the officers. It is presumed that it is an eyewash and can be repaired soon. It also seems that the concerned officers/officials of MCD are involved in this illegal construction as they are not taking proper action. This house is three sided open with illegally constructed 5X1 m2 balcony north facing, 5X1 m2 balcony south facing with stairs and 14X1 m2 balcony west facing on ground floor, first floor and second floor and it is going to be the same on the third floor now he is constructing fourth floor and above
It is therefore requested that illegal construction of this property should be demolished completely as early as possible and necessary action should be taken against corruption.
