[Resolved]  Luminous / Inverter — Not giving after sale service

I have a 800 VA inverter. It developed some malfunction. I went to their "Thapar Nagar, Meerut Service center". Their I am told that,"ITS CARD IS NOT AVAILABLE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL COME" Their local Manager also did not help.
I than contacted your Delhi office on Ph.[protected] and talked to your Service Manager Ms. Sushma. She also did not help.
Now what should I do in this summer ? Throw my inverter and buy a new one ?

Actually I am facing the same problem with my 600 VA Luminous inverter. The sevice people says it needs to change some plates but he wasnt having the idea when the plates would be available with him.
Now will someone help me out that how can i get it corrected ???.
