[Resolved]  M.P Gas Service (Bharat Gas Distributors) — Harrasment and irregularity of servicse

Sir, I want lodge my complaint about this fraud gas agency named M/s. M.P.Gas Services(code no. 461701), Durgapur, W.B., Phone no.- [protected], [protected], who are distributors of Bharat Gas. I experience a great difficulty in getting timely delivery of gas cylinders for last two years. My consumer no. is MP-488.Recently I have booked for a cylinder on 18.07.2011(booking no. 108), but till date, no delivery has been made. Their telephone no are always kept engaged and it takes at least 45 to 50 days to deliver a refilled cylinder. I am fedup with this agency. Please do the needful at your earliest.

My consumer no. is MP[protected].Recently I had booked a cylinder on June 2012 (booking no. 114), but till date(19.09.12), no delivery has been made.Their telephone no. are always kept engaged or no response by agencies persons, only simply telling always no cylinder is available here and it takes at least 30 days to deliver a refilled cylinder.Due to this negligence i have to procure kerosene /gas in black rates for maintain cooking regularly.

I am fedup with this agency. Please do the needful as earliest.
