Day by day , population , business , social life , are increasing . accordingly the services of M.S.R.T.C. has not increased , rather it is decreased.
Certain places are totally dependent on ST services such as Chikhli, Buldana, Mehkar etc where there is no train services. There is no studies, no survey, no research by the Management of M.S.R.T.C. REGARDING FREQUENCY AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BUSES. All are just going on “God Bless" . As if there is no management at all.
Today (21.03.11) at 6.00 AM, I was surprised to see the huge crowd at Jalna bus station. There was no bus available at that morning hours. There is no "Q" system and hence the people who are mostly unqualified villagers act like hungry animals whenever a bus arrives. The callous Management of M.S.R.T.C. views like a mute spectators.
Atleast there should be proper survey to understand the situation and accordingly the bus services can be arranged. At 6.00 AM there should be a bus from jalna to Akola via Chikhli, Khamgaon etc. It should have a frequency of at each one hour.
Similarly from Chikhli to Jalna / aurangabad , Chikhli to Shegaon/ akola there should be a bus at every 15 mts. M.S.R.T.C. should think to start AC buses in these routes like Mumbai/ Pune.
All are aware about the failure of M.S.R.T.C. in Mumbai area especially at Thane - Borivli, Thane - Bhiwandi route. Ever since the BEST/TMT buses have started their routes, no one lookes to M.S.R.T.C.
Hence the M.S.R.T.C. must give up their holdings on Chikhli- jalna/ Shegaon / Akola route and should hand over to other autonomous bodies.
Hope, the Managements of M.S.R.T.C. will show that they can improve the servies too.
