MAC make up fixer spray — Counterfeit cosmetics available in shops

I recently purchased a MAC Makeup fixer from a kiosk in Gaurav Tower, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The product has turned out to be completely fake, not only is there no such product manufactured by the cosmetics giant, the logo of the brand is also ambiguous. The product has a very weird smell and texture as well. I want to know what can be done about such products and who is responsible for the sale of these counterfeit products.
