[Resolved]  Madhu Gas Agency — Irregular supply of cylinder

Dear sir/madam,
I have booked my LPG 20 days back and I have not received it still. This has been happening for quiet some time. When I receive the cylinder, the bill will show a much earlier issue date and the bill will be torn. My consumer no. is 25930 and the agency is located in Shantinagar, Bangalore. I'am facing lot of inconvinience due to this.

I have beein going through the same experience for the last year and a half. Can we do something about it together?
Yes. i also had bad experience, we call also they wont answer properly, they have no mannerism about how to speak with customer. in Madhu Gas Agency i called about the rate of cylinder because they took excess amount, last 2 cylinder they billed Rs. 420/- before that they charged Rs.930/- again this time same Rs. 930/-(bill rate is Rs.430/-) so i called Ph.No[protected] Time: 2.05 dated 26/03/2013 about this rate their one madam (i think her name Sumitha) Spock how rudely and cut the phone its very bad the way they handle customer. Foolish people they are if they wont have passions they will quit, why they will bother customer if i ask them extra gas they will tell we will give (its without booking also i asked one of their delivery boy he told i will call my madam and give its cost Rs.1250/- see how they make money ) its fraud know, That's why they wont deliver cylinder in proper time and proper amount. if i have same experience in future i will complain customer court they will decide. For all this i have proof also.(call.bill details etc)
