[Resolved]  Maduragarments / Louis Philippe — fade

It's my lifes first & last time to purchase a branded shirt from good textiles shops.
My uncle purchased Louis Philippe shirt from Jayalakshmi, M.G. Road, Cochin - 682 035.
Colour fade is the main complaint.
We take a light violet shirt from there, and now the colour is just like pure white.
Then we just went to Jayalakshmi shope to change that material.
We never expect this type of behaviour from their side.We are customers we don't get any preference from there.
So we want to get back our money or a new shirt.
I want a solution immediatly, otherwise i...

This is febin tom writing from mangalore.since five years i selected this brand as my first choice .first time i am experiencing such a worst behavior from your outlet.actually i used to purchase from planet fashions, , ., first time i went to LP outlet in city center mall in mangalore, the time was 8.40pm, when i entered they turn off the lights and told time is already over so kindly leave, at the same time its clearly written that the shopping time is till 9.00 pm.., ., . i felt ashamed and embarrassed, ., ., this perception leads me to never choose this brand.., ., .i am expecting this will not be happen for any one ...THANKING YOU
