Ma Foi Management consultant Ltd — Regarding PF withdrawal

Dear Sir,
I have worked under Mafoi Management Consultant Ltd for the period from 26.12.2005 to 25.12.2006. My employee No was 67780 and my P.F Account No – TN/[protected]. I have submitted forms for withdrawl may time in the office of MaFoi Mangement Consultant Ltd. SCO-72, First Floor, Sec – 20-C, Tribune road, Chandigarh - 160019. But form has been returned with some quaries three times. Now I have submitted form with all formalities on 16/12/2008. But till date there is no response or any communication from MaFoi. No mail response has also been given by MaFoi.

Kindly look into matter.

This is Gajalakshmi from Chennai.I worked with Citi Financial Consumer Finance Pvt Ltd, Chennai from Feb 2008 to December 2008 through Mafoi .I submitted my PF form by the end of March.A gentleman named Mr.Roshan collected my form and Ms Mridulah was incharge of it.They promised me that I will receive my PF with in four months.Right now it is more than four months.Would like to know the status of my PF.And all the more I read a lot of comments saying tat Mafoi is Cheating with the PF amount.Do revert at the earliest .There are lot of comments running regarding the cheating proposal.Do make proper arrangements at the earliest to hand over my PF amount without fail.

This is neeraj from kannur.kerala, i worked in Bajaj Allianz as ISR from[protected] to[protected] under consultants of mafoi.I submited my resignation leeter and did not get the experience certificate, kindly please suggest me what should i do to recieve it. my employee number was 64760. please do the arrangements fast.

Actually this is a serious problem with MaFoi Consultants. I and more than a couple of others were working on MaFoi payroll. When we were relieved from their payroll, we had submitted the PF withdrawal forms (in 2006) even after 4 years I have not received my PF. Moreover their Pune branch is so busy that they keep you waiting for hours together to just let you know that the person incharged is busy conducting interviews. I would appeal to other companies that they should not keep their employees on MaFoi payroll and Government of India should stop this benifit to the employees, which in fact is not at all a benifit.

I worked under Mafoi payroll in Thomson Retuers, its over a year that I have changed my job and over 6 months that I claimed my PF amount. Mr Asif who is accountable for the PF amount never picks up any calls nor does he answers to emails. They have a very unprofessional way of working no one in the consulatancy takes the ownership of PF issue. Besides Asif, Kavitha.N of Mafoi too never cares to give the correct information.

Can anyone suggest whom to contact in such Circumstances as they say that Pf amount is processing in Chennai.

I worked with under payroll of Mafoi for VODAFONE ESSAR Ltd. from JULY2006 till MAY 2009. During the service never Mafoi had given a single pay slip by which I can know my Employeement No. or PF A/c No. but got the salery deposited in ICICI salery a/c. After leaving the organization, I have discussed so many times with Mafoi for giveng me my PF money by following the process and I had given them the form duly filled but after 8 months there is no solution and I have not received my pf money. its showing on line last 3 months.

P.F. withdrawl problem


I worked with under payroll of Mafoi for ICI India Ltd from jan, 2005 till oct, 2006.
I have the employment letter of the company, and was getting the salery deposited in ICICI salery a/c.
I have not got salary slip from the Mafoi, I want to take my PF transfer from Mafoi to my present company.

I don't know how can I get my pf money from mafoi or what the action should I take to get the same?

I have the appointment letter and Extention letter of my service given to me by Mafoi but the Emp. No. and PF no. is not mentioned in that.

What should I do????

I was working in Axis Bank as Data Entry Operator through Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. from July-2008 to Nov-2009. My Employee code was 142379. Because of Some personal problem I had couldn't continued service. That time some amount deduct from salary every month in form of PF & ESI Rs.600 & Rs.198 respectively.

That time Ma Foi Mgnt. Cons. Ltd. was not provided PF no. & ESIC No.
I request you kindly provide my PF & ESIC No. as earliest possible.

Dear Sir,

My self Sachin Chauhan & I had worked with INDUS TOWER LTD from Jan'10 to July'10 on the payroll of MAFOI & my EMP ID is 212276.
I had submitted my PF withdraw form to Mr Chandan singh in Oct-2013 at his gurgaon address by courier & Mr Chandan was confirmed about courier receive status also.but now he is not picking my phone.

This is major problem of MAFOI company they never response for his employee properly.

Requested to you pl confirm about my PF withdraw form processing or not.
