With reference to Code No. PG/0071/C/05/000051, Dhanbad, I have been taken a car finance by MAGMA with the agreement of every two months instalments due to far away from city town. But after few months, they have started to take penalty charges due to delay payments. Can I know why they misguided me? I am regularly paying the instalments and even four advance instalments have already been taken initially. But that advance was not mentioned in original paper. As he told at the time of finance and shone me on paper is different from original paper.
So, kindly solve my problems and maintaine the reputation of the company.

This is Rajesh.S and I am the owner of indicab reg No KA03 D 1945 and iam so happy of your services from past one and half years of your loan agreement and till today iam not kept peding any one EMI and i agree that i had a problem so i made a part payment like one month 5000, 7000, 4500 like that and till today your people said that iam having Rs 31000/- including all penalities and that the reason two days back somebody called to my mobile number namely Manjunath he said that he want the taxi for international Airport and i gave my uncle number because my uncle taking incharge of may cab and after that people i come to know those were recovery people and they sezied may cab and they not intimated to me also and left my driver their only and took my car they not given me what was the status of that time about my Cab Meter Reading, what were the original documents what i kept in my car without my intimation they sezied my car and yesturday i went to mission road branch to contact them they said like i want to pay totally 40000/- including that one day sezieing rent which included Rs.8000/- so why should pay Rs 8000/- for one or two days so please do the needful out of 31000/- iam ready to pay from yesturday only 28000/- and release my car without any bad condition and my original nessary documents and i kept Rs 31000/- reason is one of travel people they have to provide Rs 20000/- they keep on saying today and tomorow from past 6 monthe so i itimated about my problem stating to concern managers that rite problem so for that the reason i not take my original insurance copy because i had peding amount that is part payments, so finally do the needful and release my car ASAP.
