I left the Magnaquest Technologies in Dec-2010. During my working period magnaqust has not paid below dues on time. This list is confirmed by the Account manager of Magnaquest.
* - 1. Pending Sodexho passes: Rs. 6,750/- Sodexho as part of salary and company has deducted this amount for Jan-2010 to Mar-2010. But till today they have paid this amount.
* - 2. One day salary Rs. 1,321/- Company has dedcuted one day salary for Flood donation. Till today neither they have provided the donation receipt nor they have refunded the amount.
* - 3. TE Dues Rs. 31,836/- This outstanding is pending from my travel to client places.
* - 4. Variable pay (Jan - June 2010 Rs. 22,963 (net after TDS - Gross amount Rs. 32,804 Less TDS 30%) This variable salary amount is pending from Jul2010.
After leaving this company I am doing the follow-up since Dec-2010 but not getting any positive feedback from the Magnauqet account manager/HR/Top management that by when they will be clearing this amount. Always they will be saying from next month they will be paying. But that next month is not coming. Was this information helpful? |
