always they charge extra without telling us.they try to sell products which are not recomended by company.so that big bill can be raised. you should take serious note for that.
They charge because Illionois Law has several codes and every change of address or delete a car or add a car, people need to pay for it. If you don't like it, don't move from your current address, don't buy any other car, get a bus and be quiet then.
