[Resolved]  Magus Customer Dialog — PF Yet not settled

Dear Sir/Madam

My PF no is 4976 & Code no is TN26047, I have submitted the form thrice time, last form submitted was in Oct 2008, till date I haven’t got any feedback pertaining to the PF status, would like to know how long will it take to get the PF Refund. Have visited the below link but when I put the account no the below error occurs, please let me know what account no. should I put as the complete no is SA-SB01008086, even if I put my husbands name it show the name should be in Alphabetic. his name is Ravindra Prabhakar Devalkar, also suggest what should be done.

All the necessary documents have been submitted.

Would request you to look into the matter. As the same is pending since long time.

i had worked for Magus for Club Mahiindra Holidays from Sept 2003 till Feb 2004, had submitted form thrice time but to no avail, & its being 5years, yet i am not getting any response. Is there anyone in Magus to solve our query.
