[Resolved]  Maharashtra Electricity Board — Connection Load automatically changed to 10 HP from 5 HP.

Details: As we have 5 HP motor pump connection, we were getting correct bill in month of SEP-2011 and DEC-2011. From last three bills (MAR-12, JUN-12 and SEP-12) the connection load has been automatically changed to 10 HP. We are unable to get information why this is happened, because of this we are unable to pay from last three bills.

Please look into this case and let me know what actions i have to take against MSEB MUMBAI.
