Mahindra Bolero SLX — careless poor servicing causing huge money loss

Dear sir/ madam;
I am fr shibu paul coresspondent and manager of Jeevadan high school yellareddy
Vehicle: (AP 25 K 8097) Bolero SLX model 2008 apple red color
Complaint: On 22 march 2013 I have taken my vehicle for servicing in Sree Lakshmiganapati Automobiles PVT. LTD. D No. 8-5-446/B kothirampur, Hyd Road Karimnagr – 505 001, Since it was 100000 kms servicing they advised complete hub servicing which will take a full day. And also they told me suspension checking and changing is compulsory which takes minimum two days. I told the mechanic Mr. Chandu to check the suspension and tell me whether its condition is critical or not. Since I am school correspondent and teachers and SSC exams are going in our school I told him if it’s very urgent I will do it else when school having summer holidays, that’s month April I will bring the vehicle for suspension work.
After one full day servicing of the Jeep they completed the hub servicing that’s complete checking of the Vehicle mechanic told me that you can run maximum 5000 kms with this condition of suspension
But after running just 200 kms suspensions nuts has broken and against I replaced the nut and lock after running again 400 kms again its nut and lock had broken
And after complete servicing they destroyed our vehicles Gear box also. After servicing of the vehicle my jeep’s third gear was getting hard and some harsh sound. Its five years old Jeep and it is used only my two persons, our school principal and I.
Main points of complaint:
a. They gave us wrong information about the Vehicle’s suspension (ok with 5000 kms)
b. Because of careless mechanic destroyed vehicle’s gear box (spend around Rs. 10,000/-)
c. Complaining above matter , the manger of servicing station, without any sense and clarity without understanding the customer feeling and argument , uselessly arguing and supporting his clients and mechanics.
d. We had to pay another Rs. 31629/- for the servicing of the vehicle
e. Our vehicle was broke down in road and we had to cancel one trip to Hyderabad, all the programs were delayed and we have to arrange another vehicle for it.
f. And another three days again it was in workshop was lost of time money and inconvenience of many things
g. We have to travel minimum of 180 kms to reach this serving station
All because of Carelessness, inefficient and not serious and committed mechanics and manager in the servicing station.

Hi Sir,

You are right, regarding the service all customers are facing problems and I also one of from them.

I doesnt have trust upon them, and iam making service of my new vehicle out side at local garage.

they are perfect technicians in local garage.they can diagnose the vehicle.the show workers are labours not technicians.
