I was made a member vide membership ID 2025306 in August 2010 at their Saharaganj, Lucknow, UP, India office.Mr Shashank and Mr Bhaskar explained that after 3 EMIs of Rs.6777/- each, the payment may be stopped till I return from USA by June 2011.Thereafter I may deposit remaining amount in lumpsum without any interest within 12 months from becoming their member.After paymeny of 3 EMIs I put up a request to further stop the EMIs as I am in USA till June 2011.
It was also explained that I shall be given a 32" LCD HDTV and Rs.5000/- gift voucher on payment of the 3 EMIs.I promptly did it.The LCD TV and gift voucher has not yet been delivered at my Lucknow residence.The same has not been delivered to my representative in Lucknow at my tenant Ms Preeti Jaiswal,at my Lucknow residence
Despite assurances, the payments of fourth EMI has been withdrawan from my credit card account.I fear the same will continue further.I shall have no option but to get my credit card cancelled.

The company needs to refund the fourth EMI to my card account,stop further charging and deliver LCD HDTV with gift voucher to my representative Mrs Preeti Jaiswal(my tenant) at my Lucknow residence
