The main problems found in mahindra maxximo.
1. Vibration inside the passenger cabin
2.water coming through side windows even in small raining.
3. passenger seats are not comfort it cant fold backward
4.windshield wiper water tanks cap has a hole to get water out.
5.cant lock door by simply holding its lock button, must use key to lock door.
6.The vehicles front side get up when loaded heavy goods(But tata ace neve get up i tested both vehicles with 1200 kg).
7.Because of front wheels getting up the brakes are not prower full only on back two wheels.
8.Back wheels are wasted after running 15000 because only the two wheels carry the total load when the front wheels get up.
9.The cause for the problems 6,7,8 are due to the vehicles design,the rear wheels are arranged to center than normal vehicles(TATA ACE, PIAGGIO APE TRUCK)
10. suspensions are coil spring, but not smooth like Tata ace.

spare parts not available to dealer
we have purchased maximo on 2010 from kerala, i have problem of wheel baring, we sent to dealer WEST COST ENGINEERING INC
KOSHY BUILDINGS NEAR NANAGIARKULANGARA, HARIPAD, ALAPPUZHA (DIST) KERALA.He told that 2010 modal vahicles spare parts are not available . so u remove full set and newmodal clachdisk.and this dealer behavier is very rash.mymob.[protected].

Mahindra Maxximo — wheel balance

Maxximo is like to a seasaw in park, when loaded backside get down , after unloaded it go up

with respect i would like to tell you about my vehicle mahindra Maximo which is giving me regular problem of the gear .After buying with in 15 days i got the problem and is regularly visiting the Your service center and getting not repaid Because the spare is not available. Right now my maxximo at your service center

which i think is a company mistake in going 6000 km it had gone to company at lest 6 time for the same mistake but is unrepairable so Please help me .

drawback in maxximo:
1)universal jiont shaft is comeout of output of gearshaft while driving with load.
2)overheat problem.
3)while take turn lower arm is knocking(sounding)
before one year break complaint fivetimes.now my maxximo is in workshop in kollam due to break complaint.only 7990km until now.agency comment parts not available.left side glass mirror and break cylinder also not available until now.how can you solve my problem.
I will brought a maxximo .that one only 4000 km but very bad this pick up .all ready two times my pick up diesel pipe damage .ple this one very bad mahindra i think is better but this one very bad ...

Mahindra Maximo MH-40 N-4413 suspantion problem.
Mahindra customer care. Always told 6 hour call back & your complain forward to hade office.
No any other response from Mahindra customer care.
One complain given to mahindra customer care on 26-09-11, till now no one contact from mahindra customer care. I call 6 to 7 times and always the response is "our sineiour officer will contact soon" I think mahindra customer care is useless because they did not call back and revise complain 6-7-12 to 20-7-12 daily 2 time, but complain have no solution. I request give very strong action because if customer will not get any satisfaction then what is the use of customer care.

I was by a Mahindra maxximo last 11 month ago & if i m not wrong it's not working properly like .

Starting problem on daily basis on the way & service verry poooooooooooooooooooooor which is know Customer
we have mahindra maximo pick up truck which is with luxmi switchgears pvt limited from 25th july, 2013 ( which is under warranty) and they are not are not releasing the vehicle, kindly advise

I am getting tired of wiring issue.
This is not getting fixed by the concern team. Every alternative day i am facing this issue.I had called to customer care many times. I got information from customer agent this issue will get solved free of cost & now I am getting hear it will be chargeable of Rs 9000 /-. I am not satisfied with the mahindra services. Customer care people are playing with the customers.
Request you to please look into the concern & resolve my issue ASAP

Please do not purchase Mahindra Maximo.

Following Issues has made to come to this point.

1. They have fault in design of doors. In 5 month my left door lock has broken 9 times.
2. They do not have parts in inventory, each time they raise a request after you go to their showroom.
3. It usually takes more than three days in getting your parts.
4. They charge very high labor cost and spare part cost.

Finally their vehicle parts are not good, they also remind that you have made a mistake after buying it.

i would like inform you that recent i brought a maximo load truck. but after the buying this vehicle i thought absolutely iam fool because this maximo is not sucses vehicle as like tata ace.because the spare parts are not available in market when i got the parts then there price are so high and the confusion and haresment are extra and the local garrage mechanic have not agree to touch the maximo they told me are you mad or what why you buy this maximo you have to buy tata ace.so please sir think this result of maximo every people are told me same thing.so please issue the parts in market at cheap rate as like tata ace. so please sir kind attention.and release my problem and not only mine its all customer.then yours maximo will sucsess in market.if not then you know more and better.([protected]@gmail.com) .

I purchaged a mahindra maxximo mini van but it is showing problem regularly, i talked with mahindra service centre but no solution found.Now it is kept in garage bcoz i cann't spend more money for it.plz give the solution.

hai sir im Ramesh my father bought Mahindra maximo mini van 2 years old last one year we facing only one issue (check engine light indicator is on some time that time van is going slow down (pick up DROP) no one give the solution
