[Resolved]  Mahindra Xylo D2 — Car was set on fire

Sir,
I would like to bring to ur notice that my Mahindra Xylo bearing Regd. No. WB-74S-1242 with your insured policy no. 3001/61133253/00/000 which was certified in the name of Mr. Kundan Joshi, C/o Joshi Tyres, N.S. Rd, Jaigaon, Jailpaiguri, W.B. 736182, Mob no.[protected] had gone through a major accident i.e. (was set on fire) at Gossaigaon, Assam for the same I had lodged a complaint at the toll free no. Later a survey had been made by your surveyour and the police report for the same has been has been submitted to him by the Gossaigaon Police Station but till date I have not being informed when and where am I suppose to go for the further formalities and what progress has been made towards the compliant lodged. As my vech. belongs to West Bengal and is also registered with the same bt the incident took place in Assam and the survey was also made by the surveyer of Assam but till date neither your office in Assam has contacted nor the same from West Bengal.
Therefore I request you to kindly guide me to the office where I am suppose to go for further inquiry and also the status report for the complaint lodged..
