[Resolved]  Maid Agency - D. S.infinity Recruitment Pvt. Ltd — Conned by Maid agency

I contacted D.S.Infinity Recruitment Pvt. Ltd who told me they are experts & very professional in sourcing out domestic helpers like Maids and Nannies. They are situated in Goregaon (w) & i immediately registered with them as i am desperately looking to hire a live-in maid. I am 7 mnths pregnant & have been asked to rest at home as much as possible.
I registered on 4th April by paying Rs.1500 which is half of the registration & they told me that within 10 days they will find me the type of maid i am looking for. Today is 1st May & they have sent me NONE. Each time i call they try to sweet talk & say we are hunting the right one for you.
3 maids have called me from their office who are not even close to the profile i provided. If i said i want a maid between the age of 25 to 35 they have made 45 - 50 yrs old maids call me only to make it look like they are doing some work.
I have demanded my money back & they refuse to give it.
These agency's are all con artists & some major action needs to be taken against them to straighten them out.
If someone reading this can help me teach them a lesson, please contact me or tell me what should i do.
