We had registered for maid services from D.S.Infinity Recruitment services on February 26th by paying cheque of Rs2500. They promised to provide the maid within 7 days of registration. Our contact person from the company was Rupali, Ayesha and Prasad - [protected] / [protected]. A week after the registration, when they didnt send a single maid, we started calling the agency. The agency people kept giving the false promises that they will send a maid within a week. After 3 weeks when we didnt get any maid from this agency, we complained to Justdial from where we had got the reference of this agency. Thankfully because we involved, JustDial into this, we got a refund of Rs1800 a month after the registration. They deducted our Rs700, saying that it was a processing fees.
Its worth to note here that the agency sends someone who is not as per ur requirement and fraudulently deducts Rs700. I feel one should be very very careful before registering with any maid agency as the companies like D.S.Infinity Services will cheat customers by taking Rs700 as a processing fees and doing nothing.
