Dear sir,
I applied for the subscription of mail today in feb this year but have not received the gift coupon and subscripition booklet till date.I have called there customer care center 3 times but has not got a single reply .As per there customer care they have forward the complaint to there seniors and i have to wait for there reply .My complain No is [protected]. I paid the subscription through chq 038864 SBI Central Market Lajpat Nagar IV New Delhi 110024 For Rs 999 The chq was clear in march but since then i am calling them regularly but have not received a single call from them
You are kindly requested to look into the matter and solve it ASAP
