some of the malayala manorama paper distributors are charging extra unauthorized charges and when some of the people resfused to the extra charges they stoped supplying newspaper to that purticular house we believe that you will take intiative to look matter and we would like the paper to be distributed back to us

My Manorama Agent asked to pay Rs. 14/- as service charge in addition to normal Rs.120/-. He even gave a receipt and said if not willing to pay stop buying.
