u r rite im one of d employees and v face the fake gold frauds by gettng deduction in my salary, first company makes rules to accepts gold sealed biscuits and told us not to open it and make loan and nw whn they came to knw its, i am to b blamed and they wud get their loss frm my salary and say its company rules, moreover many staffs have lost their jobs as they have had their own marriage and donot show up in third day and gets penalty transfer his name just vanishes from the staff and does not get salary for the days worked, even whn sick or work v hv to come daily and also cannot use d leaves given to us, i dont knw y all staff tolerate this and donot stand against this and strike all over india
