[Resolved]  Manashosting bangalore — Poor service / not processing refund

Manashosting is the worst hosting company. I am fed up with it and had claimed refund about a month back. They said the refund would take 10 days, it is now over a month, and they are still saying that my work is in progress. i have been cheated by this comany and the poor service almost cost me my project. I have moved to a new service provider and manashosting is still not refunding my money.

Please stay away from this comany. Below are my views on manashosting. I have sufficient proofs to prove that i have been cheated. i can produce them to anyone on demand. I want to take action against this company so that i get my money back and other people do not get cheated as well. Please let me know further

My Views:
The worst ever hosting service. I have been a victim to this, wish i had come accross the reviews. I have loads of chats and conversations and tickets, What to mention and what not. If it takes half hour and no followups to get a job done from other hosting services, it takes 100 followups and 1 month at manashosting. Pathetic to the core. After manashosting other services however bad fell like heaven. Manashosting is the worst it can get

Registered for web hosting for 5 domain package. Sales created wrong invoice. After payment was made, they told me to create another invoice and billing would do the needful. Now it is 15 days since the transaction started. They are unavailable on phone/ Live chat. Billing has not responded to our support ticket since 9th December. Always put the ticket 'On Hold' status. Complaints does not cancel order and process refund.

Hi,

I had ordered for a Linux hosting package with 1 domain free + Add on Secondary server space and .in domain. Ms Shweta was to raise an order for the same, however she has raised a an order for Windows Hosting without add-ons. There seems to be a communication gap here.

The payment is made vide MHBC[protected] for invoice 52533. Helm control Panel has been generated username - [protected]@flashmail.com, password[protected]. Please cancel the same and create Linux hosting package against our payment order - 52590.

Also could another invoice be created for add 'secondary server space (Rs 500) and .in domain (Rs 300). We will make payment for the same immediately.

I would like to update you that as you have paid 3000/- for 5 domain package and with that you have given
.in domain which is NOT FREE with the package. so kindly conform if you want the same domain name please
make the payment of rs. 750/- or you can go for FREE domain name eg. .com. .co.in etc...

Kindly revert for further clarification so that we can register the domain and change the platform also.

Ms Shweta had informed me that Rs 250/- extra will have to be paid as the 5 domain has a discount of one domain worth Rs 500/-. Could you please confirm ?

Also could Sales raise an invoice for Rs 500/- for Secondary Server Space Add-on.

Payment against invoice made - #MHBC[protected]. What about the additional payment required for the .in domain ? that was not on the invoice. Please instruct the technical team to activate our linux hosting package so we can start porting of our current website and creation of email id's

We have paid for a 5 domain plan for 1 year yesterday.

The sales person who raised the invoice did the same by mistake so a windows plan has been assigned to us.

We had requested a '.in' domain and secondary server space add-on for which no invoice has been generated. We were informed by sales that the .in domain would cost only Rs 250 however the billing team is asking for Rs 750 additional.

You sales/billing teams are not responding, while there is no response to tickets, phone lines are busy and no person comes onto the live chat. We have spent many attempts at contacting by phone, wherein when we eventually get through, we are told that we will get a a call back in 10 mins, which does not materialize.

We request you to kindly cancel our payment and refund the monies back to our account. We wish to move our custom to another provider.

We sincerely hope that you will improve the after sales service provided by your teams.

Hi,

The billing team has moved the status of the issue to 'On HOld' and updated the ticket that they will resolve the issue, however they have not provided any date for completing the process.

I still DO NOT have access to any hosting package and neither is the vattinfra.in showing as booked on WHOIS ?

Please look at this urgently or provide me with the contact numbers of some senior person in your organisation responsible for Sales/Billing/Technical issues.


Else as have requested please cancel the complete transaction and refund me the Rs 3000 paid on Monday and an additional Rs 500 as per the second invoice.

There is no reply from billing since 9th December 2008. Our hsoting package has not been updated yet.

It has been 15 days since this process was initiated, and nothing is done regarding our hosting.

Please cancel order and refund our payments of Rs 3500/- as we do not want to avail of your services any longer. We have already shortlisted another provider.

The site mentions that all disputes will have to be settled under Bangalore jurisdiction.

How can action be taken to get refund.

In case we have to travel for hearings we would like to claim that all expenses towards this be part of the claim.
This manashosting issues have been spreading seriously over the net...the very basic thing is they are cheating at the basic level by claiming they have their own servers...rather they are using a reseller plan provided by directi internet service provider...second thing they have purposely hidden their whois records to avoid people locating them...
billing and sales team have the same ppl, and not an abstract structure as they claim to have for customer service...

So a serious step must be taken against the manashosting.com

I am facing the same problem. I have paid the renewal of my domain but they are not renewing it. The domain of my customer has expired and my customer is complaining me and i am in not situtation to answer his queries because the unitechost.in tem doesnot respond to tickets or phone calls. the online person say he cannot do anything for this. i donot know why they have put him there if he cannot do anything.
Unitechost.in is become very lazy and now-a-day, posting tickets are just a waste of time. They don't responding any ticket as they did at netwayweb.net. I don't know why they are doing such things. In India, unitechost.in is one of the best host provider but from last one and half month, they're just ignoring tickets and they're taking more than 7 days or more to solve any issues of customers. I sure, if they continue to doing such in upcoming days, I'll definitely leave their host and will go for another.

This is a bangalore based fraud company, they never give any domain mangement panel to any one, also they black members a/c and say that re-register your a/c details, and in new member panels there is not any previous domain and hosting packages comes, and if we need to make any changes in our information so they said that give us and we will do it,

All these ways are against the cyber law, and as i m from the same industry and for a long time i m trying to safe many of persons from this company, if we all become together so can take some legal action against this

Manashosting.com — Poor customer support not refunding

I have got hosting account from this company last month ie December i asked if my domain will be registered privately they said yes which is a lie i found after registering the account

took them 4 days just to create msql database which would mostly take 2 minutes

ftp problem not able to upload anything in my server
when i asked for refund they saying they can refund the account because i paid the payment that's really funny because without paying them how can they refund

I am also a victim of this bloddy company. but still I am the customer because If I ll go for refunding process I knw they wont provide me any money so better be in same position and trying to hack their servers and spread some viruses there. one day defiantely I will take revange from manashosting. all sales department guys are ...everybody ll regeret for this...
I am also fed up with it. First one is not provide proper servervice, 2nd is unknowledge Technical persone, 3rd not given commited product and I had claimed refund about a month back.
