We have received your baseless clarifications about our complaint application dated: - 19/02/2010 which was submitted to your Airtel Official Pranav Shah at your Customer Care Center of Old Padra Road, Vadodara- Gujarat regards Airtel Mobile number [protected].



I am not aware about my contacts in to SAARC nations for any kind of Social or Professional relationship with anybody. So, any ISD call made from my cell number dated 03/02/2010 indicates a well organized conspiracy to enhance my ISD charges. If possible, provide us some detailed informations of ISD conversations in to SAARC nations with the support of your world class communication technology of Bharti Airtel Limited which prevents customer information from falling in to wrong hands deliberately…!!! Thank you so much for disconnecting our outgoing facility to prevent higher ISD charges.



Moreover, we should be Thankful to Airtel for granting 200 Rs. o[censored]nethical and Baseless credit balance dated 03/02/2010 as per the discussion with your Nodal Desk Executive Mr. Mritunjay on 09/02/2010. There was no any official phone call reminder to disconnect my outgoing facility on 05/02/2010 which is to be done by your well trained world class call center executives to genuine character post paid customers, it was only SMS reminder to disconnect our outgoing facility on 05/02/2010. We have no Idea about your Official phone call reminder on 05/02/2010 to lock our outgoing facility for 06/02/2010, 07/02/2010 and 08/02/2010…!!!



For your kind information we have made sufficient fund arrangement to clear Bharti Airtel’s bill payment Cheque of 420.49 Rs. only dated 20/02/2010, against bill amount of 412.10 Rs. only according to our personal conversation with your collection department executive Mr. Raj…!!!



However, we have not received any proper clarification from Bharti Airtel Limited about outgoing usage charges which exceeds 500 Rs. of Credit Limit. We had submitted an application dated 12/08/2009 on Wednesday to lock our outgoing facility, if it exceeds 500 Rs. of outgoing charges by availing your world class telecom technology system…!!!



“Express Yourself ” as an active player of Wealth Hungry and Anti National “Capitalists Dominated Suicide Compelling Conspiracy” because your Marketing Executive Yogesh Pawar misguided us to issue CUG simcard numbers [protected] and [protected] with my name during my Standard Chartered Finance Limited’s job in May 2008.



I was heavily pressured to make payment of above mentioned numbers in July’2008. So that I went to the residence of your Careless Marketing Executive Yogesh Pawar at Warasia Ring Road, Vadodara to inform him about his misguidance of simcard issuance and its outstanding bill payment with my name. Yogesh Pawar deposited total outstanding of 1,420 Rs. to your Race Cource Center for the final settlement on 10/11/2008 for simcard numbers [protected] and [protected].



At the time of final payment of [protected] and [protected] to your Bharti Airtel’s Race Course Center, we had strictly expressed our written aversion of non usage of above mentioned simcards for which we were unethically pressured…!!! You kept well organized high profile Harassment Conspiracy after its payment by way of Legal Notices to make payment…!!! Most interesting fact is that after payment of the entire outstanding amount of 1,420 Rs. on 10/11/2008 for the simcard numbers [protected] and [protected], we were kept under heavy Pressure for its payment by way of sending Legal Notices…!!!



Now, Please Please “Express Yourself ” as an active player of wealth hungry and Anti National “Capitalists Dominated Suicide Compelling Conspiracy” by compelling Ethical and Genuine post paid customers to commit suicide because we were sent below mentioned Legal Notices for the payment of those simcards which were never operated by us and we had to made sincere efforts to beg for arrangement of its outstanding payment from Bharti Airtel’s well trained careless Marketing Executive Yogesh Pawar on 10/11/2008 because those numbers were issued with my name due to Misguidance of your so called well trained world class Marketing Executive…!!!



1]. I was sent a Legal Notice dated 05/02/2009 by your Advocate P. M. Dave from Ahmedabad to repay outstanding bill of 1887.40 Rs. for the mobile number [protected] and Subscriber Account Number[protected] which was issued with my name due to misguidance of Bharti Airtel’s Marketing Executive Yogesh Pawar.

I was sent another Legal Notice dated 12/11/2009 by your advocate Ranvir Vats from New Delhi to repay outstanding bill of 1887.40 Rs. for the mobile number [protected] and Subscriber Account Number[protected] which was add on simcard issued with my due to misguidance of Bharti Airtel’s Marketing Executive Yogesh Pawar.



Your careless marketing executive Yogesh Pawar is the most responsible person for the Harassment process of sending Unethical Legal Notices to us for those Airtel cell numbers which were never operated by us and we were legally noticed to move for its payment arrangement. This indicates your active Involvement in to most High Profile Harassment and Exploitation Conspiracy which is organized by Unethical and Corrupted Gang of Politicians, Well Qualified Dishonest Bureaucrats, Wealth Hungry Capitalists, Selfish Industrialists, Cheater & Anti National Corporate Celebrities, Dirty Minded Journalists, Fake Saints & Religious people in to our Defective Democratic Nation India- Bharat- Hindustan...!!!
