We regret to inform you that a motorbike UNICORN was booked with your agents,
AERO WHEELZ,
Shop no.9, Krishna Chambers,
Opp. Laxmi Narayan Theatre,
Pune-Satara road,
PUNE 411043
on 16/11/2009 by paying booking amount of Rs. 1000/- vide their receipt no. 12075 and booking reference B-1522.
At the time of booking we were told that the motor cycle will be available within one month. That was the reason we
paid the booking amount.
Enquiry at every few days was resulted in reply answered with delay of " few more days".
Each time we contacted your agency, we were told that we will recieve the vehicle next week.
We had received a call and were told that the vehicle will be available by march end and were told to deposit the balance.
This was done on 22nd March, 2010 vide receipt no. 13101 against Proforma given on 16/01/2010.
When we again contacted the AERO WHEELZ, they told us that the vehicle will be available only by end of April 2010.
and that we will have to pay extra amount if we want the vehicle.
We want to know why should we pay extra amount as the amount was paid as per their instruction.
We will not make additional payment as the amount was paid per your agent'ss Instructionsit If your agent has not deposited this amount , it is your agent's responsibility to bear the price difference which is result of his negligence..
Kindly supply us vehicle at the earliest without any extra cost..
