[Resolved]  Mantra Wet Grinder Model Tg 200hg — Grinding stone does not roll only the drum rotates

This a brand new wet grinder purchased in India in August. We brought it to US and tried to use it. The Grinder outer drum is rotating but the grinding stones (two) do not rotated, so the grinding is not happening.
