Extremely poor quality products. started leaking in just 2.5 years time. They speak about 7 year warranty, but the service engineer comes after 1 week of repeated calling. I called dealer, but they closed down due to huge payment backlog from company. Another dealer whom I know stopped dealing with Marc and doing only Jaquar.
Even after the service engineer coming, he says he will not honour warranty and I have to pay 350 for the repair, and no bill will be given. Isnt this cheating by both the company and the service engineer? I asked him about the dealer's contact but he was not willing to give. I stood my ground that I will not pay without bill. Finally he agreed to take 200 and go and pay the remaining once he gives the bill, and I agreed so that I will get rid of the fellow.
The health faucet from Marc has stopped working in less than one year, but a cheaper brand like Elvis works excellent even now.
My suggestion from what I hear from the ex-dealer and my friend who was a dealer of Marc, never ever buy this product. You are better of with local brands and if you must go for higher end stuff, nothing less than Jaquar will do. You will get Jaquar in the similar price range of Marc, so why take the risk?
Some more points which makes me think that the company is heading to its grave - the website has obsolete information of service phone numbers. When I called that number, I was told that he had left the company almost 1.5 years back!

) and there is no bluddy service centre for the repair, ah i wish i had got the bugger who delivered the sstuff to me, This is nothing but nfraud, Please do not buy this bluddy products as they start leaking even before 2 or 2.5 nyears, I feel a local product is rather better than this bluddy Marc.
