we had already made several complaints regarding the product vide complain no. 4680. but it seems that it is falling to deaf ears please do the needful and oblige.

Marc — Bad After sales service
We had purchased Marc bath fittings for all five Bathrooms. Out of all fittings three are leakages. When we complain they have asked for replacement of movement and asked for charge. The same product is covered under seven year warranty.
