[Resolved]  Mariners Buildcon Pvt. Ltd — Fraud Builders

Mariners buildcon is a fraud builder. I made an investment of rs 3 lakh 1 years ago and I was given Post dated cheques amounting to rs. 3000. Recently their cheques have been bouncing and no one is picking up the phone I'n their offices. I have no option left but to take legal action against them.

Capt. Harjot anand is the MD of mariners buildcon and he should be ashamed of himself.

My father booked a villa in the Lagoon Serenity project, in Pen, Maharashtra. This project belongs to Mariners Buildcon. We paid 3.61 lakh Rs. 4 years back. Since then, the Mumbai office has closed. When my mother called the Delhi office, the man on the other end said that currently they dont have any money as all the funds have been diverted to their Mohali and Faridabad projects. This builder has cheated us of my dad's hard earned money. My dad works in Merchant Navy. I know that a lot of seamen have been conned by this errant builder. He thinks it is easy to get away with our money. Well, I want to warn prospective buyers that he is a thug and fraud and I am contemplating sending him a legal notice. I worked with mariner's for about 2 year's, in these 2 years they never disclose anything in front of anyone...not even with companies employee. They never allow me to speak with any comanys client directly. For these 2 years... there were only 2 person working in the office ...me and a peon...They schedule the clients meeting in such a way client should not meet each other. Till date no body knows where the land is...at present 4 cases are going against them in different court of chandigarh and mohali. The office of sector 8 has been closed and they didn't pay the rent to the landlord...they have not even paid the dues of chai wala and safai wala...sangeeta, and paliwal use to come in a roadways bus to chandigarh from delhi...they both use to stay in a dharam shala...the biscuits and namkeen which was left on the table after the client visit...they use to pack that in a carrybag and take that back while leaving the office...

Do you think that they will built a flat for you...SERIOUSLY ????

I too am in the same situation like salit86, My husband has paid Rs.3, 61, 000 for the past 4 years and they had promised us a villa at Lagoon Serenity, Pen. Hence, then there were just false promises bla bla bla!. Now the office is shut down and no one is answering the calls and I seriously don't kw how to proceed with this fraud who has duped us.

Hello everyone, i booked a project in lagoon serinity pen Project.
As everyone i also paid 3.61 lakhs myself. but that was a big blunder. Since last year i started asking for refund. Whenever i use to call them for refund they always replied that they are expecting funds shortly and they will refund my money as soon as they receive the fund.
However now their phone is not working they have closed their office in delhi as well, so i am also planning to file a legal suit. i spoke to a lawyer and he said if we work as group against the builder will be added advantage for us. Its been 5 years since i too deposited 3.6 lakhs. Sangita tyagi and paliwal are the two persons i met in delhi office and they convinced me that delay will be there but the project will continue. For the last 1-2 yrs sangita and paliwal seems to have gone in hiding as their contact numbers are not working.

i have got the details of Mr. H, S. anands sister Mrs, Rosa Anand and brother in law Mr, Bhatia who have been negotiating with the lender bank for one time settelment of the loan taken by H.S. Anand and have been attending debt recovery tribunal proceedings on his behalf. I am planning to proceed legally against Mr. Anand and company. Anyone interested may contact Capt. Hi all...I and my brother also hold the preference shares in Maricon and had deposited 3 lacs each...the interest warrants also got dishonoured...can you let me know what is the current status and if you have initiated any legal proceedings.

I have not being paid the final settlement dues pending since November 2013 by Mariners Buildcon. The cheque issued by the Company has bounced and numerous emails and contacting them have failed so have to put it up here.
