I cent percent agree to Mr. Senthil as everytime I have the same experience but glad not personally but over phone. I am so frustrated with the rude behaviour of the employees who takes the cylinder booking from us. They response as if we are getting some free service from them. It is so difficult to get them on line and when we get they would be yapping with their peers and we need to hold for sometimes and they disconnect the line. I had never got the cylinder on time.
My sincere request to Indane is not to provide agencyship to people like Vijay Raghavan, who are not worth. I take this opportunity to remind Mr. Vijay Raghavan, what Gandhi ji had spoken about customer...

It is so difficult to get them on line and when we get they would be yapping with their peers and we need to hold for sometimes and they disconnect the line. I had never got the cylinder on time.

This agency have woman working in it.The response to the customers is so bad.Its a disgrace that Indian Oil has given best dealer award to them.I want this to be taken up with Indian oil and the subject dealer be warned to treat customers better.
